Leadership Team

The PSGLC Leadership Team is a 100% volunteer group that meets once a month. Its members include:

Robynne Ingram
Director

Robynne grew up in Cody, WY. She obtained her B.A. in Mass Communication and Public information from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT in 1987. While her heart is forever in Montana, after marrying and spending 10 years in Minnesota building a career with Xerox Corporation, she moved to Littleton, CO to raise her two boys and continue her professional pursuits in sales. She enjoyed positions with Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer Animal Health before having to divert her drive and determination from her occupation to an unexpected challenge in 2018 to discover the basis for her physical health issues that were becoming too prevalent to ignore.

In 2020 she was fortunate to meet the love-of-her-life and rock-of-support in her journey and moved to Fort Collins while she continued to seek answers to the medical mysteries that challenged her. She was diagnosed in early 2021 with Parkinson’s Disease at the age of 56. While the limitations of the diagnosis prevented her from continuing to work, she refocused her efforts on the new hurdles she faced. Facing Parkinson’s alone was not one of them since she married her love in September of 2022. She was now blessed with an amazing wife and 18-year-old twin daughters!

When asked how she handles the day-to-day obstacles of Parkinson’s, Robynne would tell you that she embraces her support system of family and friends, leans into her innate positive attitude and approach to life and intentional focus on living and healing with GRACE. “Grace in healing means letting yourself move at the pace your nervous system can handle. Releasing the idea that you should be over it by now and allowing rest to be productive-stopping the fight against yourself.”

Joyce Lathrop
Secretary Treasurer

Though Joyce is a native of Colorado, she moved back after having lived away from Colorado since graduating from CU in 1977.  She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA.  She moved to Fort Collins in 2016 as her brother lives nearby.  She was an accountant for much of her career, including at the Controller level as well as running her own accounting firm.  She has been the chair of the Finance Committee at her church for many years and has decided she has time for the work involved with the Support Group.

Joyce was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2024 and has come to really accept that this is now going to be a part of her life.  She takes a “Let me figure out how I can best do this” approach and is willing to share ideas that work for her.  She is currently involved with UpENDing Parkinson’s by participating in indoor rock climbing.

Bill Rogers
Communications Manager

Bill Rogers

Bill arrived in Colorado, as a youngster, in 1962 when his family moved from Kansas and except for 2 years in Denver has always lived in the Loveland-Ft Collins region; over the years obtaining three degrees from Colorado State University- BA in Social Science, Master of Business Administration and Masters in Computer Information. During this time pursuing careers in Materials Management and IT Support, finally retiring to spend time with his wife and to help her with her Parkinson’s adventure.

Gail Frasier
Care Partner Breakout Leader

Frasier obtained a bachelor of science in mathematics from the University of South Florida. Her ambition was to work at the NASA’s Goddard Space Center in Maryland. Instead, her career was as a consultant in the life insurance business.

Her philosophy can be summed up, “Have you ever been on a walk in a park or on a hike in a forest and want to take that great feeling home with you? This has been a lifetime exercise for me. My love of nature, of being outside, noticing little things, can be seen in the details of my clay vessels and tiles …

“Natural changes and growth found in seed pods on the verge of bursting; tree bark surviving animal bites and weather; rushing water and crashing waves — these are my influences.”
