Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness. July 31, 2024(2 events) 10:30 am: Rock Steady Boxing – RSB is a clinically backed fitness program designed exclusively for people with Parkinson’s disease. Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness. Classes includes stretching, balance, coordination, strengthening, endurance, and boxing moves. Participants must complete a Parkinson Association of the Rockies (PAR) waiver prior to attending . It is led by Gil Wette (Boxing Instructor). |
