May 13, 2024Meeting together at TITLE Boxing every Monday at 11am. Classes includes stretching, balance, coordination, strengthening, endurance, and boxing moves. Participants must complete a Parkinson Association of the Rockies (PAR) waiver prior to attending .
It is led by Robert Waldchen (PT) and Alyssa Hochfelder (Boxing Instructor).

May 14, 2024Table Tennis Connections, a Fort Collins based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is offering a Neuropong™ Program.
This is a ping pong program tailored to the Larimer County Parkinson's community and is aiming to an overall better quality of life by improving both motors and non-motor symptoms that people experience because of the condition. Individualized attention will be placed to each of the participants, with the desire to increase their awareness of their physical capability through the benefits of table tennis.
Table Tennis Connections is working side by side with the Movement Disorders Center of Anschutz Medical Center and its specialized neurologists.
Location:Council Tree Covenant Church gym on 4825 S Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, 80525
Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00-11:00 am
Tuesday 11:30-1:30
