Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness. This program is for anyone, at any level of PD, who wants to lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life. 11:00 am: Moving through Parkinson's – Website: www.movingthroughparkinsons.com Classes are held in person at the CSU Center on Healthy Aging, 151 Lake Street AND online via zoom. Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness.
