Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness. Council Tree Covenant Church 2:00 pm: CSU PD Singing Group – One hour group meeting at the CSU music therapy clinic led by Dr. Andrew Knight and music therapy practicum students. We do a variety of vocal warmups to emphasize volume, breath control, and articulation. No singing experience necessary—our goal is to work on your voice and have some fun doing it! We sing a variety of songs from folk, rock, country, and other genres and all eras that are well known, lyrics are provided, so just bring yourself! Where: 1400 Remington St, across from the trial gardens. Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness.
