RSB is a clinically backed fitness program designed exclusively for people with Parkinson’s disease. Our Certified RSB Coaching Staff incorporates non-contact boxing in a fun but challenging workout that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, cognitive functionality and overall fitness. This program is for anyone, at any level of PD, who wants to lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life. |
