Dr. Zapanta PT, DPT received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in Denver,
CO in 2012. He completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program at HonorHealth
in Scottsdale, AZ. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS) and is Fellowship-
Trained in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Cost
